The secondary aim was to find out the significant differences among these groups on given dimensions. Method: For this purpose 96 telecom employees from Mysore city were selected, using randomization technique, as respondents. The sample comprised of 48 Airtel employees and 48 BSNL employees with mean age of 25.41 and 25.68 respectively. The SD was 4.91 for Airtel employees and 4.85 for BSNL employees. | | Keywords : | | |
