C General Hospital, Bangalore. The instruments used for the study were a self- administered questionnaire and a five point Likert scale. A total of 60 staff nurses were selected by using convenience sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed and interpreted in terms of the objectives and hypothesis of the study.
