We found for the first time that the aqueous extract of Acacia concinna pods could be effectively used for the synthesis of β-Enamino ketones. This efficient process proceeds smoothly in aqueous medium at room temperature. The low cost, easy availability of the catalyst and simple reaction conditions suggest the possible use of present method for the large scale preparations of β-Enamino ketones. | | Keywords : | | |
