The present study discusses financial performance of Ranbaxy for the period prior and post to the merger between Ranbaxy and Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd for ten years (2003 to 2012). The goal of this analysis is to determine the efficiency and performance of firm's management, as reflected in the financial recordsand reports.
