But on analysis of data and many researches we find that after using various methods, strategies and techniques we are still failed in achieving our goal to enable students in acquiring competency in English language. Therefore, the present study was planned to investigate the status and obstacles in the path of English linguistic skills at Elementary level, due to them we are still unable to enhance our command over English linguistic skills.
