This study was based on the Descriptive research design and a survey was conducted among 180 employees of Hidesign India Private Limited, who have been selected by using Simple Random Sampling method and data were collected by using questionnaire. The tools for analysis used for this study were Percentage analysis, Chi-Square Test, Rank Correlation Method and Weighted Average Method. The data collected were analyzed manually to examine the Quality of Work Life at Hidesign India Private Limited. It has been identified that the Quality of Work Life at Hidesign India Private Limited is good. | | Keywords : | | |
