This study is conducted from the Arts and Science Colleges for Women, Affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The sample of the study is 130 Female Teachers who are working only in the women’s colleges. The sampling techniques used here was the convenient sampling.
