Also we a have a large number of human resources. Still we are lagging with respect to others due to the lack of proper policy and scientific outlook. Here I share my feelings in this regard. The undergraduate education in India is booming [1] and government is increasing investment towards research and higher education. However, lack of quality education as well as proper policy remains the major concern till today.
