Growth of Restaurant business in past have given opportunities to these individuals to enjoy food and services. Restaurants have provided wide range of choices of food for the consumers at large. In this context rationalization of issues which affecting the consumers choice has become significantly important. The present study aims in identifying the key factors which affects the service class consumer's decision in choosing restaurants in Bilaspur city in the state of Chhattisgarh. Sample size taken in the study constitutes 141 respondents.
