Spoken or written that may manifest itself in an imperfect ability to listen, think, speak, read, write, spell, or do mathematical calculations. Student who one identified with learning disability have average or above-average intelligence and do not have any major secondary problems such as blindness or hearing impairment or cognitive challenges.
