The concept “Decision Making” refers to an act or opinion of choice. It can be regarded as mental process (cognitive process) resulting in selection of course of action among alternative scenario. Here, meaning of decision making in terms of income, expenditures and other social spheres like education & health were studied. Qualitative and Quantitative research method has been followed by utilizing observation and interview techniques to collect the primary data from the field. The present study revealed that baiga women have the power to take the decision up to 46% in their family. | Keywords : | | |
