India in the field of Education falls under the control of both the Union Government and the State Governments. The various articles of the Indian Constitution provide Education as a fundamental right. Nature transforms every little bud into a beautiful flower through various steps involving natural process. Similarly, all children are little flower buds when they enter a school for the first time. It is the role and responsibility of the school teachers who are involved in blooming them into colorful flowers with sweet fragrance which is especially knowledge. School teachers are considered as a superior power of nature who takes the children from ignorance to intelligence.
