The present study tried to explore the factors responsible in maintaining work life balance for individuals associated with medical field. Exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the latent factors. The findings from study revealed that significant relationship exists between the job stress and family life of an individual. This study concluded that in order to improve work life balance of medical professionals the restructuring of individual job is required. | | Keywords : | | |
