| Social Justice is the most important action as significantly building a good individual and a nation. This paper focuses on the state of social justice in India and equality of opportunity for dalits or untouch ables. Opportunity rigorously describes the notion of capability. Capability relates generally to ‘freedom – the range of options a person has in deciding what kind of life to lead’. Freedom leads to development which is really a joy and happiness of human life. The social stratification in India depri ving social justice of the 1/6 population. |
