Open and Distance learning is one of the most rapidly growing fields of education now a days and it has substantial impact on all education delivery systems. The new open and distance learning system growing fast because of the development of Internet-based information technology and in particular the World Wide Web. Now a day’s distance education is very popular in India as reflected in the number of Open Universities and dual mode distance teaching institutions in the country.
