This land-mark Act made a historical beginning in the direction of political empowerment of women by providing them with 33.33 per cent of reservations in the political offices in the local bodies, both rural and urban. This article try to find out the Political Knowledge and awareness of women representatives of the Panchayati Raj in Guntur District and it would provide some of the suggestions to improve the knowledge levels of the respondents. | | Keywords : | | |
