Compared to men, women suffer more from mental disorders. In our culture, at present, women are at high risk to develop psychological problems and mental disorders. Evidence of effectiveness is used to inform the practice of mental health promotion in the settings where women live, work, learn and play the physical and social environments in which health is created and good mental health will be transformed in all the social aspects women. |
