Posture is based on the position of the spine and all the joints in the muscular - skeletal system that is the relative arrangement of body parts. For this study 75 elite women hockey players form Kerala are selected as a subject. Subjects who are represented in Kerala State Junior or Senior Nationals and Interuniversity competition were selected as subjects for the study.
